The Project:Fit Health Challenge, presented by the Erie County Department of Health and UPMC Health Plan, is loaded with exciting activities and exercises for kids (an adults) of all ages. Project:FIT Clinics

The BayHawks will be hosting a series of Fitness clinics throughout the 2017-18 season. Clinics will feature basketball drills, exercises, hands-on activities and contests for youth throughout Erie County.
