In partnership with Erie County Department of Health and UPMC Health Plan, The BayHawks's Project:FIT Program is intended to help promote healthy habits to children throughout Erie. One of the main issues facing children in Erie and across the country is obesity. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 17% of kids right now are considered obese. Together we can help prevent childhood obesity, giving the tools our youth need to grow up and live a long, healthy life.
